Medical Representative/Sales Executive

We are looking for a medical representative / Sales Executives to join our sales team and assist us in delivering Hair Loss Solution products to those who need them. The medical rep candidate should be willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn along with this new category. We are seeking an individual with exceptional negotiation and organizational skills, who can effortlessly showcase the products.

Objectives of this role :

1. Meet company sales targets and strive for continual sales growth.

2. Understand the demographics of the territory and develop product sales strategies tailored to the area.

3. Build and cultivate strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, medical staff and other potential buyers

4. Communicate the vision and mission through effective sales

Your tasks :

5. Coordinate and collaborate with medical staff and healthcare providers through regular meetings

6. To meet the dermatologist/ Hair & Skin Clinics/ Oncologist/ Other Medical Staff to pitch our products

7. Follow up on potential leads and convert them into clients through presentations, meetings, one-on-ones and workshops

9. Have in-depth knowledge of the competition's offerings as a healthcare sales representatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in pharmaceuticals, nursing or a related discipline.

2. Prior experience working as a medical representative or in a similar role

3. Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to travel independently and frequently

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

1. Strong negotiation and organizational skills

2. Ability to network and foster strong working relationships
