Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Calling Representative located in Gurugram.
- As a Calling Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with clients and customers, providing solutions to their queries and concerns, and maintaining a positive relationship with them. You will also ensure that all client information is updated and accurate, and monitor sales interactions to ensure that customers are satisfied with product offerings and promotions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to changes in the industry, products offered, or customer service policies
- Minimal typing speed of 30 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in a related field
- Previous experience as a Calling Representative in a customer service or sales role
