What you will do ? (responsibilities)

- We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Enterprise Sales representative to join our sales team. The sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

- Onboarding enterprises and brands with H3Mart.

- Communicating with potential clients and following up on leads.

- Build and lead the Enterprise Sales team .

- Drive the Enterprise Sales initiatives and increase the GMV of the company

- End to end management of client requests and ensuring utmost client satisfaction. (Account management)

- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the rate retention of clients.

- Explaining and demonstrating features of our platform.

What we are looking for ? (qualifications)

- Previous experience in working with brands and enterprises.

- Experience managing a team.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong listening and sales skills.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
