Gypsee - Fleet Management & Insurance Business Partner (3-15 yrs)

What you'll do:

1. Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or by other means of generating interest from potential clients.

2. Convert the leads into clients and build rapport with new clients and set targets for sales and provide support that will continuously improve the relationship.

3. Develop a pipeline of new business coming into the company.

4. Identity potential clients and decision makers within the client organization.

5. Research and build relationships with new clients.

6. Develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contacts. Lookout for new opportunities in enterprise mobility, smart fleet subscription and fleet insurance.

2. You will be responsible for successful development and deliver aggressive sales targets in line with the overall business strategy decided by the VP Enterprise Customer Success.

3. You will be responsible for lead generation in the region and convert them into recurring business.

Core skills:

Must have experience in selling Enterprise SaaS, Fleet Insurance and financial products. Partners with Experience in the BFSI sector will be an added advantage.

Other skills:

1. B2B sales, Business Alliance, Business development, fleet insurance sales etc.

2. Ability to develop strong relationships to build networks.

3. Ability to manage demanding and dynamic workloads, balance multiple tasks, develop well planned strategies and achieve goals within timeline.

Experience required: 3 years and above

Qualification: Bachelor degree/ Post graduate degree in any stream.
