Job Profile : Sales Team Lead

We're seeking qualified Sales Team Lead to build and run a team of Business Development Executives.

Location : Remote online work. Looking for candidates from anywhere across India.

Requirements : Immediate joining required

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :

a. Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team

b. Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member

c. Achieving the weekly targets of the entire team

d. Prepare Sales Reports and Strategy Recommendations

e. Stay updated with all the new products and services

Skills/Abilities :

a. Exceptional communicator and influencer who can motivate the team and keep them performing

b. Skilled in the art of selling so that you can train your team members

c. Result driven attitude with experience of having worked in target centric sales job before

d. Entrepreneurial attitude to take ownership of the task assigned

e. Self-learner with high grasping ability to quickly understand the product and train the team members

f. An attitude to work with a target in mind and not count hours!

g. Working knowledge of Sales ERP tools, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint

Recruitment Method :

3 Round of Interviews shortlisting by the Recruitment Manager, Leadership Staff & CEO or Head of Sales

Additional Requirements :

Laptop & Internet Connection: Candidates to use their own Laptops and internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits :

a. Fixed CTC: 8 LPA to 12 LPA depending on the experience and performance

Working days :

Qualification and Experience :

a. Business Development: 3-5 years of overall experience

b. At least 1 year experience in an EdTech company

c. Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
