Qualifications :

- Expertise on Canva/Adobe, Hootsuite, Brochure designs

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.

- Creativity and an eye for design to craft visually appealing posts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate ideas for social media posts with the help of the team

- Maintain our social media presence across all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

- Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively

- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content tailored to each social media platform.

- Creation of graphics + promotional materials for events using appropriate softwares like Canva, Adobe Suite etc

- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketers, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.

- Promotion of a4X platform, Special Initiatives of GVFL and related activities

- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

Skills & Experience :

- A minimum of 1 year's digital marketing experience ideally covering performance marketing specifically affiliate marketing and social campaigns

- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.

- Graphic design skills with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

- Excellent organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills as well as strong attention to detail are mandatory requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Experience with building and executing integrated campaigns

- Good team player with a sense of ownership and responsibility and an understanding of their impact on achieving success

- Experience with working in Startup ecosystem will be an added advantage

- Local Candidates preferred
