- Create the need for Candidates and help them with GUVI as a solution. Handle Objections and Closing
- Sales to generate Revenue
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (Candidates) behavior
- Willing to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
- Having good communication skills in English and the regional language
- Documentation and Preparing Reports
- Do payment collections
- Calling for Payments and Regular Follow Ups
- Should be Flexible to Learn new Skills
- Should work together with Team for achieving targets
- Explaining Learners about the different Payment Modes & Guiding for the same
