Our aim is to provide travellers with unique local experiences and a wide range of destinations to choose from. We are present in 1100 cities and have over 50,000 unique properties which you can call home for a solo weekend getaway or a much needed family vacation.

After achieving success across all major cities, towns, hillstations and beach destinations in India, we are now looking to enable travellers globally! With our recent expansion into South East Asia, we are looking to grow our team to take our product to the next level - a one stop guide to everyone's travel needs!

About the role

We are seeking young, dynamic professionals with contagious enthusiasm and a mind for out-of-the-box solutions to join our top-notch sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect potential new clients and turn them into long-term clients

- Travel to various locations within the country for the purpose of obtaining business

- Cold-calling within a specified market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Identify potential clients and decision-makers and build relationships with them

- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives

- Participate in pricing the solution/service

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to bring about a positive conclusion

- Use a variety of marketing styles to persuade or negotiate

Skills & Qualification

- The required qualification is a bachelor's degree in any stream. A post-graduate degree would be a plus

- The necessary skills include good networking, persuasive conversationalist, ease with public speaking, strong research ability, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, identification of customer needs and challenges, meeting sales goals, professionalism and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Expected Date of Joining: Immediate to 1 month
