Key Responsibilities : 


1. Understanding and managing end to end sales process

2. Prior Technology Sales Experience

2. Clear and effective presentation of the value proposition for Nous- services to customers including (but not limited to) capability/expertise demonstrations

2. Consult with and listen to customer needs, mapping these to the capability of Nous- service/product offerings

3. Managing the Order Fulfillment process, liaising with customers and internal groups to ensure solutions are delivered to customers in a professional manner. Includes providing support and management of the internal order process, through all stages of the customer activation

4. When and if the need arises, accompanying and supporting sales staff on customer appointments and demonstrations

5. Designing, tailoring and documenting the solution to meet the customer's specific needs

6. Understand the customer requirements, liaise with the operations team, validate estimates and write proposals with technical solution

7. Domain knowledge of at least one functional area, thus taking on the role of Business/Systems Analyst for certain specialist applications

Key Skills Essential : 


1. A clear understanding of the SDLC

2.Understanding of the estimation process

3. Understanding of applications/systems/products from a functionality viewpoint. Must be able to understand the workings of the system in question and translate the same to the technical team. It is desirable that the candidate be able to draw up use cases, write requirements specifications and be familiar with tools/methodologies used for the same

4. Client-interfacing as either an Analyst, Project or Account Manager.
