GrowthXIndia - Manager - Digital Sales (1-5 yrs)

GrowthX India is looking for an analytical and effective Sales Manager who is adept at driving key account revenue and growing our consultative sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for owning the target accounts pipeline and driving our client acquisition programs, analyzing client acquisition metrics, and working with adjacent teams to develop strategies and campaigns to enhance client acquisition.

Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations, negotiation, and execution of closing strategies, to the final stage of bringing new clients on board.

- You will be responsible for the entire sales process within a region and pitch GrowthX India's solutions to potential clients.

- Drive revenue growth through consultative sales and development of strategic proposals.

- Craft strategic proposals, marketing collaterals, project plans, SOW, and digital audits to generate a sales pipeline.

- Create and manage a sales funnel of opportunities from start to finish and track in CRM.

- Collaborate with Marketing, account managers, and Talent Team on operational strategy, and execution of strategic targets.

- Educate customers on our offerings and evangelize key wins.

- Create a high-level network for events and follow-up, working closely with Marketing resources.

- Break into new lines of business groups within the defined Accounts.

Proven ability :

- Over 5 years of consultative sales experience.

- Strong preference for candidates from backgrounds in the digital consulting fields, including software product development, digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, and content production.

- Ability to create and refine sales programs for rapid scaling.

- Very strong communication and collaborative skills.

- Fast learner, comfortable with explaining new product ideas and processes to business decision-makers.

- Strong phone presence, excellent written skills, and high attention to detail.

- Fluent and articulate in the English language.

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
