GrowthTrack Info Tech - Client Servicing/Digital Marketing Role (1-5 yrs)
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives
2. Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth with existing clients
3. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
4. Work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute online/offline strategies
5. Manage program execution and financial performance while ensuring that overall strategy is sound and on point
6. Effectively manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targets
7. Compile and analyse search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
8. Basic knowledge of SEM, SEO, Website Development, Social Media & Content
9. Maintain schedule performance index and cost performance index
10. Follow-up with cross functional departments to strictly adhere to time and action calendar
11. Keep quality check-up right from the start till completion of the project
12. Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basis
