Demand Generation Head/Manager/Senior Manager
- GrowthPal is a funded startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs and IIMs working in a digital investment banking space for small to mid sized deals globally. We are disrupting deal sourcing via tech, team and network. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can lead, take ownership of tasks and wear multiple hats across roles.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Own, strategize and execute demand generation effort at GrowthPal for US, India and other markets
2) Lead a team of BDRs and Data ops and be responsible for attaining team monthly and quarterly quotas
3) Implement tools, process and content and bring efficiencies in the team and the overall processes
4) Be proactive at figuring out creative ways to improve our demand generation effort
Skills & Requirements :
1) Excellent clarity in communication
2) Prior track record of meeting/exceeding quota
3) Have a hustler attitude
Salary : As per industry standards
