GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture.

Job Description, include but is not limited to :

Sales : 

1) Develop and implement direct sales strategies

2) Demonstrate superior skills in prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing and following up with all customers. Develop proposals and deliver impactful presentations

3) Participate in industry organizations to build branding and customer relationships.

4) Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Partnerships : 

1) Identify, negotiate and develop relationships with our channel/GTM partners

2) Assess the performance and develop incentives for our partners

Operations : 

1) Deliver structured client onboarding and initial customer support

2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients/partners with the purpose of gaining trust and delivering value-added services

3) Prepare operational and financial sales department reports and build financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer's perspective.

Preferred experience :

1) 2-4 years of work experience in sales roles in startups / small organizations

Salary: As per industry standards
