Growthpal - Associate - Marketing Operations - B2B SaaS (1-3 yrs)
GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture.
Job Description, include but is not limited to :
1) Work with the marketing head to design and implement marketing plans and measure the performance of the marketing activities
2) Own and manage social media pages - Linkedin, Quora, Twitter
3) Manage third-party vendors and freelancers (Content, SEO, website, designers, etc)
4) Track the performance of creatives and content and make recommendations if any
5) Manage/automate marketing processes in CRM tools
6) Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, etc.) and conversion rate optimization
7) Anything beyond the above points
Preferred experience :
1) 1-3 years of work experience in marketing roles in startups / vcs / incubators
Salary: As per industry standards
