Growthic - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)

- The Business Development will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the content marketing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Work using different tools and techniques to create a qualified email database for lead generation

2. Set up email campaigns for lead generation

3. Leverage LinkedIn sales navigator filters to generate qualified leads

4. Develop different strategies for cold emails that result in a very high conversion ratio from prospects

5. Work on CRM to nurture leads by automating the bottom of the funnel . Identify potential weaknesses in the overall sales and marketing department, and offer improvement suggestions

6. Communicate with customers, make outbound emails to potential customers and follow up on leads

7. Understand the customers' needs and identify sales opportunities

Requirements: (0-1 year experience / Freshers can apply) :

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

2. Strong research and analytical skills

3. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

4. A growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and improve

5. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the content marketing industry

6. Experience with prospecting, negotiation, cold emailing, nurturing, and closing deals

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

9. Experience with CRM and sales automation tools
