Growthan Media - Business Development Role (2-3 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities : As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, taking campaigns, building business relationships, and growing the company's revenue. Your duties will include, but not limited to :

- Identifying new business opportunities

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

- Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations

- Negotiating contracts and closing deals

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success

- Maintaining a strong understanding of the market, competition, and industry trends

Requirements :


- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the advertising and marketing industry

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable grammar

- Strong computer and internet skills

- Ability to write creative, persuasive, and engaging content

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana

Salary and Benefits : We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide performance bonuses and other supplemental pay types. This is a full-time permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
