Growth & Product Manager - Marketing - Fantasy League (3-10 yrs)
Your Role:
- You will focus on building the future of our fantasy games, owning the roadmap to achieve the company's goals
- Partnering across the functional team of designers, engineers, data scientists, content team to deliver solutions
- Creating high-quality product specifications (user story) and managing cross-functional processes for prioritizing and building products with timely delivery
- Experience in conducting user research to identify user needs and market gaps
- Monitor and report on users behavior after launching new features
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, to affect metrics like activation, retention, and conversion
Must-Have:
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with SQL and Excel with a keen eye for business metrics (We expect you to be hands-on with Data)
- Familiarity with market research, consumer's behavior, and marketing techniques
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Should be familiar with fantasy games like dream11, myteam11, MPL, cricplay.
Good to Have:
- Experience building models in Excel
- Experience measuring and reporting KPI s
- Experience with SAS products such as Clever tap
- Love for sports & should be from the online gaming industry
