Position Overview :

As a Growth Specialist (Retention), you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and maximizing customer lifetime value, helping us to keep winning the hearts of parents and kids again and again. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Retention Strategy Development: Devise and execute comprehensive retention strategies, including targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences, to maximize customer retention rates.

Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor retention strategies to address the unique needs and preferences of different customer groups and genders.

Lifecycle Marketing: Implement effective lifecycle marketing campaigns to guide customers through various stages, from onboarding to post-purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points, ultimately enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer retention across all touchpoints.

Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs and metrics to track the success of retention initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different retention strategies to identify the most effective approaches and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in a retention-focused role within the e-commerce or D2C industry, preferably in kidswear, apparel or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.

- Deep understand of email marketing platforms, WhatsApp for business, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics tools.

- Ambition to stay ahead of the curve in marketing automation.

- Creative mindset with the ability to work with the Marketing and Creative Team to develop innovative and engaging retention campaigns.

- Analyse and present data with actionable insights.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
