Job Description of You Tube Growth Manager - Data Science & Cyber Security (Ed-Tech )

Roles & Responsibilities : 

- Devising and Implementing content strategy for Youtube channel optimization and promotion.

- Youtube Content Creation and increasing numbers of subscribers per month.

- Researching on Youtube content for engagement, promotion and delivery.

- Collaborating with the internal Sales team to ensure a continuous pipeline of content as per webinars.

- Doing Competitors Analysis to assess media channel gaps and improve youtube channel engagement.

- Developing and designing efficient content strategies for creating content calendar.

- Using SEO/SMM tools and learning to grow channel organically.

- Creation of Youtube Videos Promotional Ads for lead generation.

- Working on optimization of channel and video content viz. Titles, tags, descriptions, playlist, thumbnails, homepage, etc.

- Leading creation of recurring reports on the impact of rollout and optimization efforts against established benchmarks.

- Overseeing all written editorials across all videos, channel home-page, community and any off-site blogging/promotion to ensure consistently excellent standards.

- Develop and oversee channel community, including channel moderators, marketing managers, and network of channel partners.

- Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization.

Experience/Skills :

- Minimum 3-7 Years of Experience is required .

- Must be creative and having knowledge of premiere video editing tools.

- Experience using SEO/SMM Tools like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, VidIQ, Tube buddy, etc.

- Extensive experience working within the YouTube CMS and with YouTube/Google analytics.

- In-depth understanding of content creation for data science industry.

- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and determination to accomplish goals.

- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- As we are located at Noida Electronic City Sector-63, the candidate must be residing or willing to relocate at a nearby place.

Full-time hours : Monday/ Tuesday to Sunday 10 a.m. to 07 p.m. (Weekends are working, Monday /Tuesday is Week off )
