Growth Manager - D2C Marketing (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Growth Manager who has a deep understanding of scaling D2C brands on E-commerce Marketplace platforms and Quick commerce. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in both Marketplace operations and marketing, with an innate ability to identify and navigate the challenges unique to these platforms. Major platforms of focus would be Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, SnapDeal, Firstcry, Nykaa.

Job Role:

- Lead the strategy, operations, and growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

- Targeting Sales (Top Line) with a keen observation on profitability (Bottom Line).

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, specific to each platform.

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

- Lead gap analysis for campaigns that do not perform and accordingly lead the next growth plan

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the specific regulations, opportunities, and challenges of each platform.

- Oversee SKU management, inventory planning, order fulfillment, and returns across all marketplaces.

- Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience from browsing to delivery.

- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion, utilizing platform-specific SEO best practices.

- Monitor sales and profitability metrics across marketplaces.

- Coordinate with internal teams - from supply chain to accounts - to ensure a consistent brand presence across platforms.

- Enhanced Content, SEO and Merchandising of product descriptions and data

- Reviews Reporting & Analytics for Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces

- Evaluate additional eCommerce channels, and determine market potential for new distribution channels

Requirements:

- 2-3+ years of direct experience with e-commerce marketplaces, particularly in operations and marketing roles, including direct P&L responsibility

- Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly the nuances of

platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Snapdeal, Meesho, Firstcry

- Proven track record of driving growth & operations on e-commerce marketplaces.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

- A hands-on approach, with the versatility to navigate both strategic and operational challenges.

- Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business or similar digital marketing experience a plus (not mandatory)
