Growth Manager - B2C Industry (2-5 yrs)
For growth, we're looking for a person who can do growth marketing (offline & online) to increase our app user base.
Job Responsibilities :
- Leverage communities to promote community- driven support. Especially with B2C communities
- Reaching out to organisations, communities and influencers for collaborations
- Utilize marketing intelligence to vet key segments and target
- Set and manage a budget for user growth
- Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve for problems at the ground level using technology
Desired Qualifications :
- 2+ years of work-experience in B2C industry
- Analytical mindset and problem solving attitude
- Keen interest to understand user behavior and mindset
- Knowledge and love for technology. Someone who sees every problem from a technology lens
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
