Head of Growth - Ecommerce
Overview :
- Accountable for management and growth of all ecommerce portals that company is selling its goods on.
- Accountable for taking the current business 10x in 3-4 years, 2.5x this year along the scope of the growth of the market
- Accountable for growing the top line and bottom line
- Responsible for P&L of the Ecommerce Department
- Managing the business end to end from pricing, marketing, and replication, and overlooking the teams that are doing that.
- Identifying opportunities for marketing and working with the team to get it executed
- Identifying any gaps in operations that could hamper sales and working with the team and putting it in an auto pilot system so the problem does not come again.
- Identify and recommending product market fit gaps to grow in Ecommerce
- Accountable for taking hiring decisions for the team when required
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce Division
