We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Head to join our team and lead our efforts in scaling our marketing, sales, and event strategies.

Position Overview :

The Growth Head will play a critical role in driving the company's growth strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, sales, and event management within the HRTech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, increasing revenue, and building brand awareness through integrated growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Execution :

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.

- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to create compelling value propositions and marketing materials.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Sales Strategy & Management :

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive sales growth.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.

Event Management :

- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company's brand and solutions.

- Develop event strategies that enhance customer engagement and generate high-quality leads.

- Manage event budgets, logistics, and partnerships to ensure successful execution.

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of event strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with overall business goals.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and event management, with a strong preference for experience in HRTech or related industries.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects - simultaneously.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
