Job Description :
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Seed and built the digital marketing team in the company.
- Coordinate with social media agencies
- Coordinate with Campus ambassador agencies
- Understand the market analysis with the Data and devise a strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers
- Set up systems necessary to manage digital marketing functions at scale
- Led the execution of paid and organic marketing from start to end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with agencies and partners.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
- Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisitions and channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting potential investment trade-offs between channels.
- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.
- Build user journeys and drive marketing programs that are highly targeted based on the content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
- Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media : SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.
- Establish monitoring, measurement, and optimization processes through institutionalizing marketing metrics that correlate to consumer and revenue growth.
- Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation, and planning with Google/FB/others as partners.
