Growth Hacker - Direct Sales ( Personal Loans/ DSA MANAGEMENT)
Reponsibilities :
a) Build a Direct Sales Agency network :
i. Tie up new and manage existing potential direct sales agencies.
ii. Build a direct connectors network that can help drive acquisition of good quality applications at lower costs.
b) Deliver Sales targets and KPIs :
i. Responsible for delivering monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
ii. Responsible for managing agency pay-outs, cost of acquisition and approval rates.
c) Minimum 3 years of DSA management experience in personal loan sales.
