Growth Coordinator - Telesales - Mutual Fund/Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Scheduling client meetings daily for sales, attending phone calls, dealing with clients' queries, processing transactions, and managing the client's portfolios as and when necessary.
- Tele-sales by identifying the client's needs and suggesting the products available.
- Executing the transactions as requested by clients/Growth Managers and completing the same with TAT.
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for Transactions, portfolios, and relevant problems.
- Providing data and analysis to help the sales team.
- Responding to clients and Prospects' queries.
- Manage sales tracking tools, ERP, and CRM systems and report on important information.
- Liaise with the growth managers to develop specific sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with all Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
- Helping the sales team with the presentation and joint calls.
- Making the Financial Planning and portfolio review for presenting it to clients.
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities within the target market segments.
- Skill in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and generate leads.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks and initiatives.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards governing wealth management practices, ensuring adherence to compliance policies and ethical guidelines.
