Growth Associate - Sales - Consulting Firm (0-3 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the monthly, quarterly, annual supply and demand targets are achieved.

- Conduct market analysis and target mapping.

- Identify the right channels and sources to acquire clients through inbound & outbound leads.

- Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.

- Develop an understanding of the competition through in-depth analysis of potential major competitors, and take better decisions with the points ascertained from the analysis.

- Create brand awareness through offline marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Requirements :

- Energetic individual with willingness to work in startups

- Takes Ownership

- Excellent communication skills

 - Prior experience in similar role or business development profile would be an add on.
