Open positions :

- Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for Karnataka & Kerala

- Veterinary Sales Officer (VSO) for Trichy, Vellore, Erode/Coimbatore locations

Responsibilities :

- Developing high performing sales team in the assigned state/region

- Achieving sales volume objective for each headquarter

- Preparing manpower plan of the territory, work-plan of team, route plan, master customer list and sales growth of each headquarter

- Ensure existing client engagement by implementing the marketing strategies & tactics of GrowScience

- Lay down the distribution system & govern to ensure effective supply of goods

- Collection of money within company's specified time

- Keep track of the competition and the market trends and report key changes in market & practices consistently

- Ensure team satisfaction and employee retention

Requirements :

- 2 to 3 years' experience as ASM in Veterinary Division in the same states for ASM position

- Sales experience at Dairy segment minimum one year for VSO position
