About the Role :

We are looking to further increase our business primarily in the North America and Canada market. As a business development representative, you will be solving the below key problems:

How to capture mindshare of more target prospects from North America and Canada markets?

How to drive the engagement for our target prospects?

How to improve conversion of our marketing campaigns to drive meetings with target prospects?

How to get more enterprise accounts?

In order to embark on the next leg of growth, we need a person who would want more than just a job.

We are a fast-paced startup and things will move fast. Hence, We prefer self-starters who are willing to learn & experiment more at pace.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for planning and executing outreach via various marketing channels like email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, partnerships, etc.

- Work with the marketing and sales team to execute various strategic marketing campaigns to drive more engagements and meetings

- Develop new strategic partnerships and drive existing partnerships to generate new opportunities

- Manage and work on Zoho CRM extensively

- Manage various interns for database building and outreach execution

- Figure out new ways to improve efficiency of existing outreach campaigns

Qualification requirements & preferences -

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory

- At least 1 year of sales or lead generation experience

- Hard working and go-getter attitude

- Attention to detail and accuracy
