Grow Simplee - Sales Development Role (0-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :


1. Identify and qualify potential leads through effective market research and outreach

2. Create & execute marketing campaigns on both online and offline channels

3. Engage with prospects via phone/email/social media to understand their E-commerce needs and articulate how our solutions align with their requirements

4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further development

5. Conduct secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts

6. Stay top of the E-commerce market trends and consumer behavior trends to come up with great marketing campaigns

7. Initiate and manage outbound lead generation campaigns through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media and networking.

8. Maintain and update CRM with accurate information, ensuring a clear view of the sales pipeline.

Basic Qualifications :


1. Should have experience of 1+ years in Lead generation/inside sales in B2B Setup

2. Proficiency in using any of Lusha/Apollo.io/Lemlist/Sales Navigator and LinkedIn for lead generation

3. Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

4. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Excellent Interpersonal skills and very customer focused

Preferred Skills :


1. Masters from top tier Business School

2. Knowledge about Logistics / E-commerce or any sort of E-commerce enablement experience is a plus

3. Excellent situational awareness in handling objections in dynamic customer environments

4. Experienced in using & operating MS-Excel with a aptitude for data
