Group Specialist - Domestic/International Travel Package Sales (2-10 yrs)
Key Accountabilities:
Experience in package (domestic/international) sales specially for group departures
Responsible for building client relationship
Preferred experience with selling International or Domestic Tours and Packages, hotels, car rentals, travel insurance, visa etc. other travel products is a great PLUS specially for filling up fixed group departures
Customer service skills and fluency in English is required
Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences
Handle heavy phone volume and email conversations in fluent English
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
The Experienced Travel Professional also works with Jr. Travel Agents and Admins to ensure all related correspondence with customer is completed.
Have a proven track record as a travel agent or a successful sales background paired with hitting monthly sales target
Discipline in work sales and admin process with time management skill set
