Group Leader - Sales - Manufacturing (7-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and initiatives

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new leads

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical

- Proven track record of success in sales, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
