Group Head - Social Media Marketing - Advertising Firm (4-7 yrs)
YOU WILL:
- Work along with Sales team, effectively helping them with Strategies and Content Concepts that help winning pitches
- Work along with Operations team to ensure effective delivery of campaigns.
- Assign workload to team members and oversee marketing campaigns, and suggest improvements thus effectively servicing clients.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members as needed, working in tandem with the Sales and Ops teams.
- Review and recommend improvements to client engagements and campaign strategies.
- Strong energy and drive: self-motivated, focused on bottom line, persistent
- Experience engaging with executive decision makers, strong executive presence and great presentation skills

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
- 4+ years of agency experience in a Content strategy / SMM strategy lead role
- Organizational agility and effective communication

Salary: - 800,000.00 to - 900,000.00 /year
