Group Customer Relationship Manager - Automobile (5-10 yrs)
We are hiring for one of the Leading Car Brand of the Nation, for the role of Group Customer Relationship Manager. Min. experience required is of 5 Years in any automobile Field of in the same role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage CRM Team
- Set up the yearly Marketing Strategy to attract new customers
- Plan the customer relation programs and projects
- Maintain good relation with existing clients
- Manage and maintain projects and implementation
- Insure highest standards of customer communication & Services
- Develop & effectively communicate & reinforce marketing plan with clear objectives, expectations and responsibilities
- Respond to Customer queries satisfactorily.
- Facilitate & completing final Possession to the buyers
- Documentation & Follow up
- Collections and debtor days
- Mandatory Skills:
Experience Min. 5 Years in Automobile CRM Segment
Gender Female
Must Pleasing Personality & Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Qualification Graduate / MBA
Must have:
Experience : Min. 5 Years in CRM Position of Automobile (Passenger cars) with a Team leading experience in Passenger cars domain.
