- At least 1-year experience in Outbound selling Online (motor,general,health,terms insurance)
- Should be proficient & spontaneous In Hindi/English
- Should be passionate for Growth and Incentive
- Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Should be Pro in analyzing customer's need for insurance and assisting him/her buying the best plan(on Call)
- Should be prepared and insightful
- Should be open to working six days a week and fixed Sunday off.
- Ensuring No miss-Selling/Unethical practices in the processes
- High level of Target orientation of accomplishing weekly/monthly targets independently
- Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes
