Greenpoint Global - Lead Generation Specialist (3-5 yrs)
Overview:
This position is responsible for generation of new sales opportunities using Internet, or specialized services to obtain or receive information for the purpose of expanding the scope of business, increasing sales revenues, or for new clients, or conducting specialized research.
Activities include : Understand client needs, criteria and generate leads as per the requirement. New Lead (contacts) Generation.
- This individual should be well versed with US English and is needed to understand and execute the requirements for our US sales team.
- The position requires an individual who is highly motivated, organized and disciplined.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft word and excel.
The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to :
1. Generate accurate Leads globally that be useful for marketing GPG's services.
2. Comprehend and work on all the requests as per the requirement.
3. Follow the standard company guidelines and generate a growing database.
Required experience and knowledge:
- College Degree
- Fresher with good communication skills.
- 3-5 years' experience in a lead generation with at least one year experience in quality check.(optional)
- Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills in English are a must.
- Experience working with multiple requests and services.
- Outstanding skills in the use of Word, Excel, and various email programs.
Technical Experience :
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with any CRM Software preferred
- Good typing speed & computer skills.
