Green Sources is an India based Audio Visual & IT distribution Company. Established in 2009, Green Sources distributes Audio Visual, Conferencing and Mounting products in India.

The company distributes products of renowned brands like Chief, Da-lite, Vaddio, Middle Atlantic, RGB Spectrum, tvOne, Lifesize, Clearone, Konftel and Audio - Technica, Icron, Yamaha UC, Liberty, Plus Copyboards and Inada through its technically trained, highly motivated and experienced staff.

Through a wide network spread across India, Green Sources aims at providing value added services to all AV Integrators / IT Partners, enabling them to more efficiently extend their business and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities :

The Product Manager will be responsible to manage an International Audio Visual Brand end-to-end :

- Brand Strategy : Prepare a overall strategy for the OEM Brand for the Indian Market. This will include potential market for the brand, sales strategy, usp of the products, competition analysis, opportunities and threats

- Market Understanding : Perform regular market research studies to understand future trend, competition and their strategy, customer requirements

- P&L Responsibility : The PM should be responsible for the entire P&L of a brand. She/he needs to align with the sales head and prepare an annual target for the brand which should be broken down monthly, region-wise, partner-wise. Along with this the PM is responsible for Margin earned, Debtors, Inventory.

- Stock Planning : PM should have clear understanding of potential future orders and have a proper inventory plan in place

- OEM Relationship : should engage with the OEM on regular basis and maintain the most cordial relationship with OEMs

- Execution : The PM is responsible to ensure all the inquiries generated by the sales team is properly addressed. The PM is responsible to convert the sales from inquiry stage to closure. This will include price negotiation with intergrator/ vendor, processing all documents, technical support etc.

- Marketing : The PM should have a marketing strategy in place to increase demand for its brand. This also includes budgets for marketing spend. This budget can be utilised in ATL or BTL activities

Qualification and Experience:

- The candidate should ideally have a Bachelors of Engineering degree

- Masters degree preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar field
