Green Sources is an India based Audio Visual & IT distribution Company. Established in 2009, Green Sources distributes Audio Visual, Conferencing and Mounting products in India.

The company distributes products of renowned brands like Chief, Da-lite, Vaddio, Middle Atlantic, RGB Spectrum, tvOne, Lifesize, Clearone, Konftel and Audio - Technica, Icron, Yamaha UC, Liberty, Plus Copyboards and Inada through its technically trained, highly motivated and experienced staff.

Through a wide network spread across India, Green Sources aims at providing value added services to all AV Integrators / IT Partners, enabling them to more efficiently extend their business and meet customer requirements.

About the Role :

Green Sources is looking for an inbound marketer to own majority of the marketing funnel for our company. This young dynamic and electrifying individual should be ready to take up any challenge and should prove to be valuable asset for the organization. You will be responsible to support all the routine marketing function both offline and online, and should have a determination to collectively achieve excellent result for the team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategy from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

- In depth market and industry understanding. Gain deep knowledge on target audience and OEMs, solutions and products that GS sells, customer pain points, competition strategy etc.

- Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels (with key focus on digital including LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp for business) and segments based on understanding of AV industry

- Execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

- Working in partnership with the different teams, develop creative briefs and meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets

- Manage content from OEMs and updates for customer and internal touch points

- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

- Co-ordinate closely with sales teams to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns leads into customers and create meaningful reports for the management to improve measures

- Stay up- to - date with latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines & search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic and conversions

- Plan for exhibitions and assist with event strategy, event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators and design teams for on-site collateral

- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

- Establishing budget guidelines and setting up of marketing budgets

- Implement digital marketing strategies

- Come up with innovative ideas for marketing of all OEM brands as well as Partner Engagement

Desired Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Arts/ Commerce/ Science/Technology with 2+ year of experience in marketing

- A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our business mission

- Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)

- An Analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize / scale marketing activities and tactics

- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

- Strong multitasking, and decision-making skills

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

- Willingness and ability to travel

- Established press and media contacts, past experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing or relationship management will be an advantage

- Able to work and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment
