Through a wide network spread across India, Green Sources aims at providing value added services to all AV Integrators / IT Partners, enabling them to more efficiently extend their business and meet customer requirements.

About the Role :

Green Sources is looking for a Channel Sales Manager for IT Hardware segment. This young dynamic and electrifying individual should be ready to take up any challenge and should prove to be valuable asset for the organization. An aggressive go-getter individual with high energy levels and must have an inherent hunger for sales to get the maximum clients onboard.

Responsibilities :

- Experience of selling IT Hardware products or Managed services (Server, Network Monitoring, Storage) /Cloud Services / Data Center Services.

- Visiting / meeting partners for business opportunities

- Analyzing partners requirements and create, deliver & close qualified Sales opportunities

- Demonstrable consultative solution selling experience

- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within partners base

- Identifying new business opportunities & channel expansion (geographic channel coverage for the region)

- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell

- Generating Sales MIS reports as and when required

Desired Skills and Requirements:

- Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in end to end business development activities of IT Hardware products or Managed services

- Qualification: BE / BSC IT plus strong aptitude.

- Should have detailed knowledge about all IT Channel partner, distributors, system integrator, reseller in the particular region and should have good relationship with them.

- Strong at relationship building & lead generation process

- Should possess excellent verbal and written skills.

- Self-motivated and result driven

- Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills

- Knowledge in sales and or IT/connectivity sales
