Greekturtle - Junior Manager - Client Relationship (0-5 yrs)
As a Junior Client Relationship Manager at Superset, you will primarily be involved in providing resolution to queries/issues of college placement cell team members over phone and email channel, and provide solutions/workarounds to their use cases on Superset product.
The work will require you to:
1. Understand Superset's university product very well yourself
2. Answer phone calls and emails from clients, to help them navigate through the platform, and provide resolution to queries
3. Understand customer questions/issues related to the use of product, and relay them to product team
This is a role with huge responsibility, as you would be entrusted with customer adoption and success.
