Great Food & Beverage - Executive - Sales (0-3 yrs)

The Sales Executive role at GFB will act as a link between the company and the distributors, with special focus on managing the vendor push carts and driving our standards of execution to push our product to the final consumer and conveying consumer insight back to the company to fine tune our offering with our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Visit 3 VSR Distributors Daily to maintain standing relationship, understand problems, provide any support required from the company and facilitate sale of products at a distributor level

2. Track secondary sales from VSR distributor and report to the HQ for further tracking and action

3. Visit hotspot and oversee vendor push cart to ensure visibility, proper sales and to check any obstacle that may arise

4. Conduct market research and convey insights, consumer preferences and other findings as may be to the company to stream line our offering and offer the best possible experience to the consumer

5. Provide inputs for and facilitate training for the VSR distributors and vendor push carts about the product and the company

6. Provide inputs for and help facilitate training for the vendor push carts to ensure informed sales and consumer knowledge at the point of sale

7. Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events along with identifying innovative business building ideas to increase business

8. Follow set procedures while in the market to ensure best possible experience for consumers

9. Provide effective link between company and distributors and vendor cart pushers by designing, and implementing market effective strategies
