Job Description :
1. Designing and posting, in video and still formats, for all social media platforms
2. Researching other competitors
3. Creating English and Hindi Content
4. Designing of all marketing / any event collaterals
5. Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
6. Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
7. Testing graphics across various media
8. Studying design briefs and determining requirements
9. Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas
10. Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
11. Using appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
12. Testing graphics across various media
13. Amending designs after feedback
14. Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing
Requirements :
1. Good graphic designing experience record
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3. Familiarity with design software and technologies
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
