Graphic Designer - Printing/Packaging Firm (3-6 yrs)

Role Description :
- Develop and execute creative packaging designs for a variety of products across different categories.
- Design and layout eye-catching catalog pages that effectively showcase our products and brand message.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand product specifications, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Source and incorporate high-quality visuals, photography, and typography into designs.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, industry standards, and printing requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest packaging and design trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of proven experience in packaging design and layout for the printing industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful packaging design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
