We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist to join our client's head office in Gurgaon. This person will be at the heart of the visual creative process for the brand and will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs and multimedia content across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing various design skills, from graphic design to multimedia production.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and print and digital media layouts.

- Develop marketing collaterals, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and presentations.

- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.

Multimedia Production:

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

- Edit and enhance audio-visual content for optimal quality and impact.

Web Design:

- Design and optimize web graphics and user interfaces for a seamless online user experience.

- Collaborate with web developers to implement and refine design elements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design.

Photography:

- Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in various marketing materials.

- Coordinate photoshoots and ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project goals and requirements.

- Present design concepts and multimedia projects to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for refinement.

- Maintain effective communication channels to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

- Worked in the luxury/fashion/jewelry space.

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) and multimedia tools.

- Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and animation tools.

- Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX concepts.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Understanding of current design trends and multimedia technologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in 3D modeling and animation.

- Understanding of SEO principles for multimedia content.
