The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Plan and manage all stages of design projects

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and original artwork

- Assign tasks and review submissions of Junior Designers, interns, and freelancers

- Suggest and make creative alterations to projects

- Collaborate with the Design team to generate innovative design ideas

- Design various types of graphics, such as infographics and illustrations, based on client briefs

- Maintain brand consistency and voice throughout projects

- Coordinate with the clients on their daily job list

- Assess the productivity and quality output of the Design team

- Provide project timelines based on client needs and preferences

- Select and maintain appropriate materials for artwork, including ink, paper, and colors

- Liaise with freelance service providers, such as Cartographers and Illustrators, to manage urgent projects

Ideal Candidate :

- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.

- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Creative Designing, or a similar field, Diploma in Graphic Design if graduation is not in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Creative Designing

- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a relevant field

- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing design projects

- Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Fireworks

- Experience of servicing of clients

- Experience in handling a team of graphic designers

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
