The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

Creative Direction and Design : Utilize your expertise to work on pitches, conceptualize creative directions, and craft compelling visuals for social media ads, website design, and other digital media.

Collaborative Creativity : Work collaboratively with team members, actively participating in the creative process to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.

Conceptual Ideation : Demonstrate a strong ability to generate creative ideas across various channels, including social campaigns, business presentations, infographics, logos, and websites. Research and Referencing: Leverage research and referencing capabilities to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into your designs.

Brand Consistency : Maintain or establish design style guides and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative elements.

Technical Proficiency : Demonstrate a competent understanding of technology, user interface design, and visual design fundamentals. Apply this knowledge to create visually appealing and effective designs for various media.

Multimedia Content Creation : Develop and deliver visually compelling videos, motion graphics, animations, graphic elements, illustrations, digital display ads, GIFs, and other traditional media.

Ideal Candidate :

Design Tools : Advanced proficiency in standard design and layout applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Competency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, FinalCut Pro) or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).

Design Fundamentals : Solid understanding of design elements, color theory, composition, and typography.

Time Management : Proven experience in managing multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritizing workloads, and working efficiently under tight deadlines.

Software Skills : Working experience with design tools like Sketch, InVision, and Adobe design software.
