- Our client is a leading D2C lifestyle brand based out in Bangalore and is seeking a talented and creative individual to join their team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, your primary duties will involve creating designs for offline store launches, in-store creative, sales banners, outdoor hoardings/banners, What App videos & packaging design to support sales.

Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for handling the design requirements for offline store launches, packaging design WhatsApp content.

- Create engaging visuals to attract offline customers while maintaining a repository of templates to best meet the requirements.

- Collaborate efficiently with copywriters, and understand the communication hierarchy & other design elements to effectively implement brand guidelines on each creative.

- Ensure utmost attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of design and accuracy by designing & adapting key visuals approved by the Art director/Manager.

Requirements :

- Strong offline industry understanding and basic knowledge of print & packaging design.

- Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including eCommerce, retail & packaging design.

- 2+ years of relevant experience working at an agency or retail brand.

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, XD, Premiere (Basics).

- Effectively communicate concepts and design rationale

- Engage in constructive creative critiques, while also being receptive to feedback

- Ability to think critically, rapidly conceive, visualize, iterate and tell timeless stories while being true to the brand
