Roles and Responsibilities

- Actively working on the visual brand language through collaboration

- Creating & managing high quality, flexible, and scalable graphic elements to be used for template design

- Planning and executing digital marketing & social media creatives

- Ideating and planning fresh, design-based ideas for social media &the web

- Planning styles and creating guidelines for stickers & illustrations inside the main product

- Understanding of marketing, production, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

- Understanding design techniques and technologies to create a scaleable and dynamic template designed structure

- Creating 3D animated designs as and when needed for social media and website.

Work Location is Panchkula and 6 days a week .

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Fine Arts with certification in 3D and 2D designing, good knowledge and expertise with using following design software's- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After effects. Preferred candidates with digital and design agency experience

A thorough understanding of color, layout & typography

Creative concept ideation & media planning

Thorough knowledge of current & upcoming trends around the globe

Software skills should include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

Ability to Brainstorm with the design team to come up with structural digital design ideas

Understanding of color and their psychological relationships

Good time management skills
