- The role will include creating the visual identity for Bizom, both digitally and offline. As a part of the Marketing team, you will be expected to design:

- Marketing creatives (Web, digital, social, print, events etc.)

- Content All formats such as whitepapers, e-books, case studies, videos)

- Websites and Landing pages

- WordPress pages (Design + build on wp)

The ability to understand, visualize and implement new-age design languages is key to being successful at the role:

Must-have skills to be successful in the role : 

- Familiarity with design software and technologies like Adobe CC, Sketch, Microsoft PPT and other leading design tools

- An obsession for designing lightning fast websites

- Experience with video editing and 2d animation

- Strong visual aesthetic with a good understanding of design principles

- Flexibility to work on projects alone or collaborate with others

- Eye for detail

- Should love creating impactful visual stories.

- Experience working closely with web developers and content teams to execute designs

- Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.

Good to haves :

- Knowledge of Marketing Automation systems like HubSpot

- Knowledge of landing page builders such as Unbounce

- Prior design agency experience

- Knowledge of WP
