Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Create visually appealing designs for various projects using graphic design software, with a focus on Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
2. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and website elements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
4. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure innovative and compelling visual solutions.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
5. Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
6. Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (optional but preferred).
Preferred Skills :
1. Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
2. Knowledge of web design principles and user experience (UX) design.
3. Familiarity with printing processes and specifications.
